What’s Included in Tuition?

Year-Round Care

We provide consistent care year-round, including one scheduled winter break each December. No tuition is charged during that closure week.

Our educators create responsive, engaging environments that support each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through relationship-based learning and exploration.
 

Nutritious Meals & Snacks

Daily meals and snacks are freshly prepared and follow USDA guidelines, offering balanced options designed to support growing children.

Community Field Trips

Children regularly engage with the local community through walks, visitors, and age-appropriate experiences that help connect learning to the world around them.

Enrichment Programs
Children participate in a variety of enrichment experiences designed to support creativity, movement, confidence, and community connection. Depending on the season and age group, these opportunities may include music, art, yoga, movement activities, swim lessons, and programs such as Soccer Shots, all incorporated into the school experience.

Fees

• Application Fee: A non-refundable $35 fee is due per family when submitting your child’s application.

• One-Time Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable $150 enrollment fee is due upon accepting a spot.

• Annual Supply Fee: Charged once per year to cover classroom materials and supplies.

Tuition & Payments

Billing Platform:
All families are required to use our designated online billing system for payment management.

Payment Methods:

• ACH Payments: No additional fees.

• Credit Card Payments: Subject to transaction fees.

• No Cash Payments Accepted.

Billing & Payment Schedule:

• Billing statements are emailed prior to the automatic draft.

• Tuition is automatically drafted every Monday for that week’s services.

• Tuition is non-transferable.

Important Notes​

• Tuition remains non-refundable for:

  • Scheduled holidays.

  • Illnesses or absences.

  • COVID-19 closures, emergency situations, inclement weather, or acts of God.​

• No tuition is due for the winter break in December.

Families can access account statements, payment history, and billing information through our billing platform. Our team is always happy to assist with questions to help ensure a smooth experience for families.
