What’s Included in Tuition?

Year-Round Care
We provide consistent care year-round, with one scheduled winter break. No tuition is charged for that week. -
Nurturing, High-Quality Childcare
Our experienced and dedicated educators create a warm, engaging environment that supports each child’s growth and development. -
Nutritious Meals & Snacks
Daily meals and snacks are prepared fresh and follow USDA guidelines—healthy, balanced, and kid-approved. -

Children regularly explore the local community through fun and educational outings that bring learning to life. -
Enrichment Programs
Included in tuition are specialty classes such as music, dance, gymnastics, and yoga—designed to inspire creativity and movement.
Our Tuition Promise
Your tuition is locked in from the moment of enrollment and will never increase while your child is continuously enrolled with us. At many centers, tuition decreases when your child has a birthday because they’re moved into a larger class with more children per teacher. But annual rate increases often wipe out those savings.
At Sea Island Sprouts, we don’t do either. Your child’s tuition rate is locked for the duration of their enrollment, with no surprise increases and no reduction in quality as your child grows.
Fees

Application Fee
A non-refundable $35 fee is due per family when submitting your child’s application. -
One-Time Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable $150 enrollment fee is due upon accepting a spot. -
Annual Supply Fee
Charged once per year to cover classroom materials and supplies. -
Nap Mat Fee
Covers the cost of your child’s personal nap mat.
Tuition & Payments
Billing Platform:
All families are required to use our designated online billing system for payment management.
Payment Methods:

ACH Payments: No additional fees.

Credit Card Payments: Subject to transaction fees.

No Cash Payments Accepted.
Billing & Payment Schedule:

Billing statements are emailed prior to the automatic draft.

Tuition is automatically drafted every Monday for that week’s services.

Tuition is non-transferable.
Important Notes

Tuition remains non-refundable for:

Scheduled holidays.

Illnesses or absences.

COVID-19 closures, emergency situations, inclement weather, or acts of God.

No tuition is due for the winter break in December.
